They treat sick people like an inconvenience to them. It's hard to treat sick people in a cancerous culture and judgmental staff.

My Mum is in this Hospital at the moment and the treatment and the way she is being spoken to , especially by one Nurse is disgusting. To be told to learn to do things for herself, especially since she would be going home soon , and there would not be any one at home to look after her is disgusting. We haven't worked out yet how Mum is going to be looked after. At 82 and with a broken arm and in sever pain I think she deserves better treatment.

This same Nurse ( if you can call her that) hit the bottom of My Mums bed with a wheel chair a long with another staff member and then laughed when it caused her pain. Any bump or movement causes Mum a lot of pain. Not to mention that she was left for 2 days before being washed and put into the nighties a bought in for her. By this time her top had stuck to her elbow where she was bleeding from after her fall.

I can not fault my treatment in ED on Sunday 2nd September. I was a casualty in a motor vehicle accident early in the morning. My damaged wrist was Xrayed and treated efficiently by some very caring staff. I am grateful and thank them for their attention. RB
